Parozo is restaurant management software built by RelieveX Labs for Indian restaurants, dhabas, cafés and family dining venues. Unlike generic retail billing, Parozo was designed around how a real restaurant floor works in India. It removes paper KOTs, ends double entry between the kitchen and the counter, keeps GST filing accurate and gives owners an honest view of every rupee that moves through the outlet, without buying a single piece of POS hardware.

How Parozo works, from table to GST return
- The guest scans and orders. A QR sticker on the table opens the outlet's branded menu with sizes, add-ons, veg and non-veg marks and chef's recommendations.
- The kitchen sees it instantly. The order lands on the kitchen display as a KOT, whether a waiter typed it or the guest sent it.
- The floor stays in sync. Waiters, cashiers and managers see every table, parcel token and running court update live.
- One bill is raised. Food, parcels and play-area time settle on a single GST-correct invoice, printed or shared on WhatsApp.
- The owner downloads the reports. Sales, orders and GST returns come out as filtered reports and formatted Excel workbooks.
Built for the Indian restaurant floor
QR menu ordering without an app
Each outlet receives a branded ordering page on its own subdomain. Guests order from the table, takeaway customers get their own token, and families can book a play area from home, with the owner deciding whether bookings need approval and who may approve them.
Kitchen display and KOT management
The kitchen display replaces paper KOTs. Tickets move through clear stages, single dishes can be cancelled, tickets can follow a family that changes tables, and pay-first tables are held until the money is collected, which suits quick-service counters.
Play areas, turf and game zones on the same bill
Many restaurants on Gujarat highways run a kids' play area, cricket box or game zone. Parozo runs these on a live clock priced per slot or per hour, and the time is billed onto the guest's food bill instead of a second invoice.
GST billing your accountant can trust
Bills follow the outlet's GST registration, switch CGST and SGST to IGST automatically for an out-of-state GSTIN, apply discount limits, service charge, split payments and round-off, and stamp the correct SAC code. Prices and taxes are resolved on the server, so an outdated menu on a phone can never change a bill.
